Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales of personalized t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product is not as ordered (e.g., printing errors, incorrect item sent).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [contact information] within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a brief description of the issue and include photos of the product. Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and information on the replacement process.
Replacement Process
- For approved returns due to defects or incorrect orders, Retro Print will cover all shipping costs for the returned item and the replacement.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will begin processing the replacement. The replacement item will be produced and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Non-Custom Items
For any non-custom items, if applicable, returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
